My first order was filled with black marks and smudges on over 10pcs of items. Seller was responsive and offered two options to remedy the problem: a refund and for me to ship items back or recieve a credit after proof was sent of damaged items. I chose to do a credit and order from them again. this time there was no communication. They never asked for confirmation of mass production after the first item was made. to see if i approved. when i recieved the items, it was not according to the mock up that i approved when we were emailing. this was the SECOND time they messed up and wanted me to order from them again so they could get it right. Buyer beware of the headaches and quality this company produces.
